Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join us to grow our areas of business with independent retailers and partners.

Location: Nationwide
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working in the field on a daily basis.
  • Cold-calling retailers to gain new business.
  • Closing sales and passing customers on to our field sales team for daily basis account management.
  • Open up new accounts and develop new areas to further develop Comco distribution business
  • Maintaining good business relationships with all accounts and service knowledge.

Ideally, applicants should have:

  • A competitive spirit and a passion for selling.
  • Initiative, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
  • Prior experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of all UK Sims network or distributors is highly desired

In return, we offer you a competitive basic salary based on experience plus uncapped commission.
