Responsibilities:
As a Designer, you will be involved in all aspects of WordPress, include the creation, maintenance, and customisation of the websites/portal they manage or develop.
· A web designer- Highly knowledgeable and to update and various new products on the website.
· Creation of digital advertising assets as part of our integrated marketing campaigns.
· Passionate approach to your work that includes testing, writing clean code, and looking for new and innovative ways to constantly improve.
· Producing creative as proposed for the website, display, email, social and more Experience & Skills.
· To get involved with the graphical and technical aspects of websites and the maintenance and update of existing ones.
· Works with marketing and sales team to draw in and understand upcoming graphic design requirements.
· Capable of managing own work schedule and can clearly report on progress and estimate timelines for completion.
· Be able to work effectively as a part of a team- Dependability and able
to work to specific deadlines and instructions..
· A desire to develop skills and learn new technologies.
Your
main responsibilities will be:

To design and
layout concise user flows for new features.
·
Plan and
document new application features to specified requirements.
·
Plan and design
new website concepts- Work alongside the agile development team.
·
Present
wireframes and designs to key staff members and key stakeholders.
·
Demonstrable
graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
·
Solid experience
in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
·
Proficiency in
Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
· Magento knowledge/experience
·
Rebranding /
logo design
·
Website building
experience (e.g., WordPress)

As Business Development Executive , you will be involved in growing our areas
of business with independent retailers and partners.
Your responsibilities will include:

Manage
Key accounts to ensure Como delivers top quality service which maximises
revenue and contribution opportunities for the business.
·
Closing sales and passing customers on to our field
sales team for daily basis account management.
·
Open new accounts and develop new areas to further
develop Como distribution business.
·
Provide
regular reports on competitors’ activities/strategy along with customer
feedback to management for input into marketing and distribution strategies.
·
Maintaining good business relationships with
all accounts and service knowledge.
Candidate Requirements:
Ideally, applicants should have:
· Good written/spoken English. Ability to speak
Polish, Urdu, Hindi, Gujarati, and Tamil
·
Initiative,
enthusiasm and self-motivation,
negotiation skills preferably
· Prior
experience in a B2B sales environment.
· Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills will be advantageous.
·
Understanding
of basic marketing/business fundamentals – either from academic study or from
prior experience
· Prior experience of UK telecom providers or
distributors highly desirable
